General Rules For Solaria Home Holiday Guests
Happy to host you, we invite you to read our internal regulations. Our small rules to be observed in our structures are not only those required by law but, above all, those dictated by common sense and mutual respect.
1) The booking request can be made directly from this site, or by phone, SMS, WhatsApp or e-mail. You will receive from us a confirmation of the reservation by electronic means, accompanied by all the information relating to the structure / s and the payment methods. The cancellation request can be made online if this option is active or by e-mail to the e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org and will have the following conditions: – for cancellations or changes up to 60 days before the date of arrival , no cost is charged. – In case of cancellation or changes made after this deadline, the customer pays the total amount.
2) The balance of the reservation can be made at any time before the stay through the options indicated on the page www.solariahomeholiday.com or will be paid upon arrival together with the delivery of the keys and can be done by credit card, debit card or cash. In case of early departure with respect to the established date there are no refunds. Additional taxes may be applied to the rate according to municipal laws and regulations if required by law.
3) Upon arrival, which may be at the selected apartment or at the headquarters of Solaria Vacanze Srl, valid identity documents (Passport or Identity Card) must be delivered, necessary for the registrations required by current legislation . Failure to comply with this obligation constitutes a violation of the rules of the criminal code and authorizes us to request the immediate abandonment of the apartment or the cancellation of the reservation. The data of our guests are treated in accordance with the current privacy legislation.
4) Check-in – The delivery of the apartments is scheduled from 17:00 to 20:00. Only on request it is possible to postpone check-in until 22:00. If you notify us in time of the modalities (car / train / plane-flight number) and the time of your arrival and any delays we will be able to welcome you in the best way avoiding unnecessary waiting. Check-out – The apartments must be vacated no later than 10:00 am. We will have no problem storing your luggage until the end of the day. It is possible to accommodate animals with prior authorization.

6) All apartments are delivered ensuring cleaning of the bedrooms and bathrooms as well as all appliances of daily use. On request you can have a change of linen for a supplement. Free and on request it is possible to add 1 playpen / cot for children 0/3 years.
7) It is absolutely forbidden to smoke inside the rooms and rooms. Compliance with this rule arises from the need to protect those who do not smoke and those who will come after you, as well as from the fire prevention regulations. All apartments have terraces, verandas and gardens. We therefore invite guests to smoke the chosen apartment outside.
8) We would like to inform you that not all options have safety deposit boxes. We therefore invite you not to leave any valuables unattended in the apartments, bathrooms and common areas. We invite guests to always close doors and windows. Solaria Vacanze Srl declines all responsibility for the loss, theft or damage to objects of your property left in the apartments, bathrooms and common areas and for any damage to persons or things to and from third parties.
9) In accordance with the Solaria Vacanze Srl regulations and the Municipal Police regulations, it is required to observe silence in the time slot between 2.00 pm and 4.00 pm and from 10.00 pm to 8.00 am. The time slots can change according to legal provisions. In all cases, we invite our guests to apply the rules of common sense.
10) It is strictly forbidden to receive visits and additional guests, other than those residing there. Correct and civil use of the toilets is recommended, avoiding throwing anything into the toilet (please use the special bins). It is also recommended to turn off the lights and air conditioners every time you leave the apartment.
Sure of your kind collaboration, we remain available for any clarification and wish you a happy stay.
Upon delivery of the keys, a security deposit will be required which can vary from € 200.00 to € 400.00, depending on the rental solution.
The security deposit will be withheld and automatically refunded to the traveler after 7 days of departure, except for any damage caused to the apartment and common facilities. If, at the time of departure, there is considerable damage inside the apartment such that the sum paid as a deposit is not sufficient, an additional compensation will be requested.
On the day of your departure, you are kindly requested to leave the apartment tidy, clean the kitchenette, dishes and cookware. When you empty the refrigerator and cupboards of any food, take care to sort it correctly. In case of insufficient cleaning, we reserve the right to withhold part of the deposit.
Customers are invited to do the separate collection daily in order to avoid the accumulation of too much waste at the end of their stay.
In the event that, at the time of departure, the separate collection should show too many errors or there will be an excessive amount, Solaria Vacanze reserves the right to withhold up to € 100 from the deposit, as compensation for the extra sorting service and / or penalty applied by the Municipal police.
On the day of your departure it is strictly forbidden to mix the garbage residues present in the house in a single bag.
